Your confinement care starts on the day after delivery!
The confinement period refers to the first six weeks after childbirth. This is a joyous time, but it’s also a period of adjustment and healing for mothers. Adjusting to everyday life after the birth of a baby has its challenges, especially if you’re a new mother. Although it’s important to care for your baby, you also have to take care of yourself.

We in Green Clinic believes that new mums should at least do 28 days of confinement care. What we do is we will have a consultation at your private place to diagnose your constitution, before we prescribe 28 days of medications customised for your body constitution.

Stage 1: Uterus Recovery (Day 1-7)

•Heal scars formed during process of giving birth

Stage II: Digestive Wellness and Breastfeeding (Day 8-14)

Our customised confinement packge includes:
•10 sessions of uterus & breast massage, 60mins each session
•10 sessions of aromatherapy
•1 x TCM consultation on 1st visit
•Essential items such as post natal massage oil, cloth binder, massage stick, Tapel and Pilis.
•Transport cost (Singapore Mainland)
Please prepare mattress and 2 big towels. Otherwise $30 is applicable if you require us to prepare towels.
Non-refundable $300 deposit or full payment is required to confirm the service. Balance is payable before first day of service via bank transfer.
